The original report was compiled in response to the government’s proposals to develop skill mix in order to meet the growing pressure faced by the NHS and the wider pharmacy sector.
Five years on from the publication of the full report, the PDA is still calling for an evidence-based approach to the future development of pharmacist and pharmacy technician practice, and is committed to encouraging stakeholders to reach a positive consensus by setting out a compelling vision for the future.
