Bestway Panacea Holdings Limited: An unfair dismissal
A court heard how Bestway Panacea Holdings Limited unfairly dismissed a member of staff and treated them unfavourably because of something arising as a consequence
of a disability. They also failed to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate said disability.
